A few days back I have purchased some gold bars...From that day I am not getting any boosters

Once I have purchased ars that time onwards i am not getting any boosters , booster videos ,game extent videos , heart videos . This is very unfair. Once if we purchase don't they give any support.always we can't purchase. If it goes on like this we wi uninstall and never play.

@shaluhbd Hi and welcome, please make sure your device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear the cache. Log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue

Hi and welcome, please do the normal troubleshooting process: Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache.

The features are in the Test Group so may not be available to you.
