How do I turn off these emails notifying me of every comment a player is making?

After I added my answers in the comments for the Holiday cookie contest, by email box is filling up with emails as other's make comments. I need to turn this off asap. Thanks for your help, anyone.

    @SpyTiger Hi and welcome

    Go to your avatar top right of screen

    Click on this then edit profile

    Go to notification settings

    Uncheck all the emails you do not want to receive

    Save preferences

    Hope this helps
