@Jake93 Hi and welcome, Some of the sub topics you select in the message will direct you to the community. you need to try a different sub topic for the message you are sending like problem with game / reward not received. you will also need to use the email your game is registered to or your game ID.
Is there anything you need help with, the community can not deal with purchase / gold bar issues or missing rewards

I normally play levels on my laptop but I wanted to finish off my current episode race so I finish first but I used my ipod and didn't notice the app needed updating so it only gave me 5 gold bars instead of 20.

@Jake93 Hi and welcome, the episode race normally gives 5 gold bars for finishing first, unless you had some special offer / feature
If this is the case when you send your message to customer support in subtopics select problem with game and rewards not received and your message should go through

I normally get 10 for finishing first but as I was on a long win streak it would give me 20
