There is also a graphics issue that causes some problems with the graph that shows your progress. This is being looked in to but we have no time frame for a fix

Please ensure that your app is up to date. Once you've updated it, refresh the app by restarting or rebooting the device, log in and play a level.
In the meantime, please do a manual calculation on your F5 total team scores to keep track of the actual scores. If it's less than 7K, means you and your team members have to continue playing before the given time frame, although the graph is showing 7k all the time. Hope this will help you keep track of your scores. Also, a member who suddenly leave the team is also one of the causes that result in the error of auto calculation because the scores from that member is removed once he/she left the team.

Some players have a graphics problem with the Fantastic Five feature, meaning that even if your goal is not complete, you can see that you have already collected 7000 points.
Work is underway to resolve the issue and you will receive the reward as soon as your goals are completed.
