@meanpuppydog Hi and welcome, If you have put the account details of your original account into your new device and the level is at 1 play a level to see if this forces it to sync correctly to the server. This will be a connection issue if you still have your levels on the first device

I do not understand the response.
On my android phone I am at level, 1200+/- (for example)
I I login to king.com
I use the same email and pswd as I do then I login onto CC on my android...
I start at level 1 on my desktop.
I do not understand the 'connection' issue or the 'server' issue you are referring too.,

@meanpuppydog Hi have you played a level on your desktop to see if syncs correctly
What i am saying is if you have a saved game on android and you are connecting to a new device with same account as android phone. You are not getting your levels due to a connection to the server issue. Basically you have a fully working saved game and it should sync with no issues
