@Kiwiano Hi and welcome, If you have mad sure your device and game are up to date and cleared the cache and restarted your device, then there is not much else that can be done. This would have to be a problem on kings side or you have a corrupt game. Hopefully this is just a temporary error with the feature and will try to see if we can get some one to have a look at this other than that i think you would need to do a reinstall but doing this you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES, but would wait to see if we can get any information on the feature first

Please can you tell us if doing this solved it?
Please note that the Magic Season, as well as other features and temporary events in the King games, are test functions that the Studio randomly launches to groups of random players. So they are not always available and not for everyone. Sometimes it's up to some and other times it's up to others. But as Freddy told you, the screenshot indicates a broken game, if you already tried the troubleshooting and it didn't work, the only attempt left is that.
