Winter festival

Hello! I’m having an issue with the Winter festival. I completed two levels with a +3 mug, so 8 mugs in total and they won’t show. At first I thought I must have accidentally redeemed but then it happened again!!

Here’s a screenshot of current status and another one showing I’m at level 33.

@a_mwpe Hi and welcome, There are a couple of reports wtih issues with the feature, but suggest you try logging out the game just check you game is up to date and restart your device to see if this improves the situation

Hi!

I tried logging out, restarting the device and logging back in, but still zero mugs. 😔 I also checked for updates and there’s none available, so I assume I have the latest version. I’ll try to pass level 33 to see what happens. I’ll get back to you later!

Hi dear. As this is a new feature and some errors are being reported. We hope this will be rectified at some stage. You may also report this to our player support directly from the settings of your game application or use this link.

After passing level 33, I got 4 mugs, but still missing those 8. I’ll also contact support. Thank you all for your advice!
