@pjc12345 Hi and welcome, are you sure there are no other links in the email to reset your password. helped someone yesterday with this and they got link to reset okay. try sending another reset request or if possible try doing on a different device as you should get a link to reset your password
Other than this you can try going through customer support but as its the holidays you may have a slightly longer response time

Hello @pjc12345 , sorry to hear of your issue.
This is just an idea - look for a button that says "Change Password" and try that.
