Goodmorning,

I have this issue for a long long time and asked a question about this earlier. In the game you can win a trophy (crown) by winning games in a row. Bronze, silver, gold and finally the master trophy. I always go from 11/12 to 1/6. So I only can get to the silver one. I already cleaned my cache, logged out, etc etc as you adviced me earlier. Still no change. I would really like this "problem" to be solved. Is there a way it can be fixed?

It used to work in the early beginning when this option was rolled out, because I do have 1 master trophy. If it had continued to work I would have had many more.

Please try log out-close all apps-restart your device-open the game-log in back.

You will have a chance to win the trophy when you get multiple golden pins in the full episode.

6 Golden Pin/Sugar Star = Bronze Trophy.

9 Golden Pin/ Sugar Star = Silver Trophy

12 Golden Pin/Sugar Star = Gold Trophy.

15 Golden Pin/ Sugar Star = Gold Trophy with Diamond.

Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

This is annoying....after logging out, closing all apps, restarting my device,check for updates, opening the game and log logged back in (FB) Trophy challenge is com-ple-tely gone, as is my candy box knock out challenge 😢

@terranova11 Hi and welcome, This can happen if you have cleared game cache but normally after playing a few levels your features return, you just maybe not get all or different features you had in the past

I think unfortunately you are no longer part of this feature at the moment. All the features are randomly assigned by the system. Please keep your game up to date and i hope your feature will be back at some stage.

@aijaziqbal , luckely the feature is back ...I really hope the issue is solved so I can go for another master-trophy
