I have played 8537 3 times. The 1st time the frog would not eat the candy, he never grew at all. The 2nd time, the frog grew 4 times and then froze up. I couldn't get it to grow the last time needed to win the level. The 3rd time, he grew 3 of the 5 times needed. I had a full bonus when I started this level. Not fair. My user id is 1589047247.

I am also not getting any races since Wednesday the 23rd so I don't have an opportunity to win gold bars.

I should be awarded my race wins and earn my bot back.

I've yet to reach your level and I'm not able to comment about the frog. There may be some glitches but I'm not certain.

To answer your question about races, there are 2 types of races that I'm aware of. First is the episode race, whereby players will be rewarded with gold bars upon completing 15 levels in 1 episode. If you have won the race but not getting your reward, please email to King Support by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and select sub-topic, missing reward. In view of the holiday season, your enquiry may take times to be processed. Thus, your patience is greatly appreciated.

Another race in the game is the Dexter Challenge whereby you are racing against others players to stay on top and move forth to the next planet.

If you are not getting the Dexter Challenge in your app, it means you are no longer part of the randomly selected group of players to enjoy that feature. FYI, all the special events/challenges are not made available to all players to ensure that players get to enjoy different gaming experience. Nevertheless, please keep playing and stay tune for the event/features to be re-introduced back to you in the near future.

Yes, I also had the problem with the last frog that it froze. But after another move, I was able to move him. The episode race didn't come this time either. I think there are problems here, but they will definitely be fixed by the next time.

As @Werner_Cichy has already told you, there were some problems at level 8537 but the problem is solved now. If you still find the same problem in your game, follow the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

On the other hand due to temporary problems some players could not find the episode race in their game but I hope everything will be normal next week.

insane level. 109 tries. I hope that if there is an original candy crush that it will be advertised. no chance of skipping levels so that leaves one option

i find the videos useless. small and fast.
