Group playing reward won't load

Where u play as a group. My final reward is completed but won't give it to me. If I go in again it loads the points again and shows again but doesn't give me anything. Also says a different name. If restarted app, phone. I've logged in and out of app aswell but nothing.

Did you mean F5 ?

There is also a graphics issue that causes some problems with the graph that shows your progress. This is being looked in to but we have no time frame for a fix

@AnniaT Hi and welcome, As explained by @kiara_wael there is a graphics issue that occurs with Fantastic 5. To check if you have this add your team scores and see if they reach the total. If not it will be the graphics issue and you can be assured your points are being counted in the background and you will receive the reward if your team reaches the total in the given time.

If you supply a screenshot of the feature we can confirm this for you.

Regarding the name if this is the name in the clouds this is your team name

If you play on 2 devices, mobile and PC, you can often only pick up the reward once. It is displayed, but no longer credited. You can also try to get the reward from King support, here is the link
