Counting error (glitch, maybe?)
The wrapped candies are being greatly undercounted. I don't have new levels to play so I have to go back and play levels I've already won. But then I don't get the x10. And now every level is coming up short when the number of wrapped candies from the game is reported. Like less than half! Which will make it impossible for me to be competative in the tournament. Help please!

Few players were complaining about counting and I've noticed too . I am not aware about the players who have reached end of the game . But I think only those candies are counted which we are making while playing and also when we pass the level too .

The is a new feature that is being tested in the game at this moment. Since the feature is still being tested and developed, this means that it may have some issues. Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

May I know whether you are referring to the wrapped candies for the Yeti Sleigh Ride Challenge in Chocolate Mountain where you need to collect certain amount of wrapped candies to be on the top 20 spot? If yes, I'm struggling too as I'm not stuck at level 8441 and at 21st position of that challenge.
If you have reached level 8450 in mobile, you've got to wait for the new level to be released on Wednesday. Replaying old levels will not give you as many wrapped candies as compared to passing a new level. Unfortunately, this is the case and that's how the challenge works and there is no fix for it.
Just keep replaying old level and try to be at the top 20 position. I hope I can be at the top 20 before the event ends on Monday 😅

Thank you for your response. Yes, I'm talking about the Yeti sleigh ride challenge. And, yes, I know that since I have to play old levels, I won't get the x10 that new levels earn. However I'm playing levels where I have 50-100 wrapped candies and only a fraction of them are getting counted towards the tournament. I would be in first place if all my wrapped candies were being counted.
