Log out of your game or force close it and restart your device. You may have to replay the level again if you did not finish it.
Make sure you have a strong internet connection and continue.
As many of us are at home we all are using our devices and this causes problems from our provider

@sniffy Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and you have a minimum of 2gb of free storage space, clear the cache from Safari (important) . then restart your device and then try loading the app again and see if this resolves your issue
