Winter Festival...why should I buy one cup to carry on with the game?

For 2 days now, I can't play...I need 9 cups to decorate my house but I have only 8...and the play buttom is greyed. If I want to play I have to buy gold...why ?

The Winter Festival is a new feature that is being tested in the game at this moment. Since the feature is still being tested and developed, this means that it may have some issues. Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

This event is calendar based and you may not get every event every day. Do not be discouraged, because on the arrival of the next event, the button will be activated again.

Always check for updates, the game and possibly your browser when playing on Facebook. Unfortunately, I did not receive the event. That's why I can't tell you anything about the process.

Switching off the device completely often helps.
