My game will not load for me I have checked storage on my 1 phonexr & it is fine but still cannot

Have you tried to uninstall then install it back???Or maybe your system might need to be updated...Just some suggestions...

@Juno Check both your device and game are up to date and log out of the game, clear the cache in safari (important) and then restart your device. Log back in and see if this resolves your issue.

If not let us know if you are getting any error messages

Hi Freddy thanks for getting back to me but I can’t get into game to log out when I press on game it’s goes to the King logo as if loading & comes out immediately my phone is updated & as far as I know my game was

@Juno Ok just do the clearing of cache in safari and check in app store that game is up to date and then restart your device and see if this solves your issue

@Juno Hi again. This is the second post with Iphone Xr doing this so not sure if this is a compatibility issue with game. I can only suggest trying customer support to see if they can help you with your issue as the only other alternative would to be uninstall, but in doing this you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES and if it is a compatibility issue it will not solve the issue
