Fab 5 crashes WIN10 app. Anyone else?

When I try to join a new fab 5 team my win10 ap on my laptop crashes. I have logged out and restarted the computer and that didn't help. I want to join a new fab 5 team but the app just closes as if I asked it to or something. Is anyone else having this glitch? Thanks

@Mary_Kay Hi Again, Not heard of anybody with this issue but hard to find people that are changing teams sometimes on a certain device. see post below regarding crashing on win 10 app

Joining a new team is actually done via a link that opens the browser. Check your browser whether an add blocker is activated. The add blocker prevents this. Switch it off

We hope you were able to solve your problem by turning off the blocker as Werner told you. These blockers effectively prevent new tabs from opening on the screen and that is what the link for fantastic5 is asking for. We will be here to continue helping.

Thanks for the replies but I don't have an ad blocker. The issue has resolved itself and I'm now able to join a new team. I don't know what was going on yesterday that crashed the app but whatever it was is resolved. Thanks again for the suggestions.
