Understood that you are trying to purchase the items offered to you after you have completed an episode race.
If you can see the level marked with "star" right after you've completed the episode, click on it and the options for you to purchase is still available.
If you can't see it, then it is likely been temporary missing. In that case, please go to the app store and check for game updates and update the app accordingly. Then restart your device before going back to the game.
If you still can't see the said level marked with a star, then go to the shop to find other packages or offer.

If you mean the reward in level 2000 or 3000, or in another milestone. Try to play the level again. If it doesn't work, write to King Support.
