iPhone 12 optimize

Hi, please when do you plan to optimize Candy Crush Saga for new iPhones (mini / 12 / Pro / Max). I have 12 Pro and it's not playable because iPhone overheats while playing and the battery is ruined out after a few hours. I already read some comments that I'm not alone and everyone has this problem because of the new Apple chip. Thanks

Hello and welcome to the sweet King community.

I had not heard this before either, but as you explain it rather it seems that the one that needs optimization is the device 🤔

I find it incredible that such a supposedly good phone does not have the capacity for a game.

@yipe Hi and welcome, This is the first i have heard of this but i think this will be more an apple issue than the game itself. if its only the latest apple phones this is affecting it maybe apple that needs to do a phone update. does not seem to be affecting any other devices

Understood that you have suggested that King optimise its game to suit the device.

However, I have to agree with Ms Hechicerilla because the optimisation is to be done on the device itself and not the game, unfortunately. Thus, I suggest that you email to Apple Support for more information on this matter. Further, there are many insightful article on the web on how to optimise the battery for iPhone that you may Google Search.

If you have other devices that you can play on, you may want to switch to that device once your iPhone's battery is being recharged.

Nonetheless, we will pass this info to our Game Studio for their references.
