The play button on winter game is grayed out

I’m trying to finish upgrading the “town” in winter game- I have 1 hot chocolate and need to play the levels to get 9-12 for upgrades— the play button is grayed out and I only have a few more days to play

@wharton9 Hi and welcome, There have been a few people this has happened to but believe that it may be this weeks task have finished and you are waiting for the next weeks tasks, but this is what i have read from one of the superstars. Not played the event due to the effort needs putting in to it myself.

Unfortunately, I don't have the event, but I heard that it is time-based, so the next game will only come after a certain time.

To be on the safe side, switch off your device completely and restart it. It may help.

I am currently playing this 'town' winter game. It is funny anyway and it's 6 days left remains
