Missing Mugs in Winter Festival

I have beat 3 levels today in the Winter Festival but have not received any mugs. I should have 6. The animation displays after my win so it looks like I'm getting mugs but the mug counter remains at 0.

@BigPokerDaddy Hi and welcome, There has been a few issues with the feature that have been reported and we are awaiting news on but as its the holiday season there may be a slightly longer wait than usual on getting a fix for this

All you can do at present is make sure your devgice and game are up to date, and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this makes any difference

The Winter Festival is a new feature that is being tested in the game at this moment. Since the feature is still being tested and developed, this means that it may have some issues.

Unfortunately there are always problems here, it is a test version. Restart the game, the reward may still be credited to you.
