I used your reset Email but it doesn’t work, also I would like to download my apps so I can start where I left off. please fix this bug.

2. Close all apps then restart your device

3. Open the game then log in back.

@Lu_01 Hi and welcome, You download the apps to the device you are using or you can play through Facebook or on king.com/games. The community and the games page are two different sites

when you reset your password was this for the community or the game
