@qwin Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done regarding progressing you one level, so all you can do is hope the level moves you on when you complete it. If possible please provide a screenshot of your completed level and map
