Changed my phone - level not restored - please help !!!

    As Juliet, I am using Candy games in french, same configuration, and when I go to the profile it says "sauvegarde du jeu en cours" (saving game in process". It lasts forever, how can I know if it's saved or not ? Why does it not say "save complete" or something like that. Can I check somewhere if it is saved ?
