Hello, can you please explain the issue in more detail?
If there is an issue with the level, please Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in.
If you need help on the level:
You need to collect all the keys to unlock the ingredients, then clear the frosting from the bottom part of the board to allow the ingredients to fall down through the teleports and out of the exits. Because there are only five colors of candy on the board it is not difficult to make special candies and color bombs to clear the frosting.

Level 930
This level has medium difficulty and you need to use simple steps to complete this level. For this level you should try to play from top part of the board where you have more candies available to play and try to make striped candy combo. Like combine striped candy with colorbomb or wrapped candy to break the blockers and sugar key to take ingredients to the bottom. After play near to ingredient to take them to the bottom fast.
