I can not connect my old game level to facebook

I started a new game in candy crush saga and now i only can play the new game with facebook. I would like to delete the new game and continue with the old one. How can I do this?

Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?

Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.

To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:

• Go to the King website at King.com/games
• Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
• Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
• Select ‘Account’
• You will be prompted to confirm your password
• Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
• Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com

Please sign out of the game and back in with the King account details to make sure sync correctly before deleting facebook

Please note that one facebook id can be used with one game only. If you have saved your new game or old game with your current facebook id you can not change it to another game.

Both games need to be with separate ids. If this is not the case please let me know and i will try to look for some another solution.

If you have not saved your previous game with any id and having difficulty in recovering your game please let us know and we can help you.
