My profile avatar has been whitewashed for a few days and I can't find the gold that never happened before and how do I fix the game now?

If the game is not fully connected to the server, you will have this problems and you will miss the rewards. Right now I'm asking you to follow the steps below, let me know if you get an error message while following the steps.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Your game has a connection problem so you can't log out of the game that means your game app has been corrupted. In that case you need to get the solution by uninstalling and then reinstalling game app.

Please note- If you uninstall the game you will lose all the stored booster but your problem will be solved.

If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. 

If you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress will be completely lost.

Since you are looking for avatars I am sure you saved the game with the account.😀

Moreover, there is a way to get lost levels back.

@firoz421 Hi and welcome, Sounds like you account may have become disconnected. check your game is up to date , log out and restart your device, log back in and see if this solves your issue
