Where did my chocolate box disappear to and how do I get it back?

Chocolate Box is a bonus features and like all other bonus features it is also not the permanent part of the game. So it may disappear time to time and come back again.
Please log out and update your game application, Restart your device and login again. It may also be unavailable due to some technical issue and will return back in the game.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Unable to purchase
