@K2988 Hi and welcome, If you have checked everything is up to date and restarted your device. All you can try is back up your phone to the icloud and then try reinstalling the app and using your icloud to restore the back up and see if this works. mobile devices reinstalling loses the Boosters but you will keep your level and gold bars. Backing up to the cloud you may be able to get your boosters back but its not guaranteed to work. although i have done this and kept my boosters

Dont be afraid about the progress as we can recover the progress even if we have to do it manually. But the boosters will not be recovered. So try above suggestion by freddy to take backup by icloud.
If you dont get your progress back please let us know and we will help you to recover it.
