Why don’t I get all my help when someone sends it?

I have had friends send me help but when I receive them I do t receive all of them. I had 3 and I only received 1, and I didn’t have any more plays at all at the time. So why didn’t I receive all 3 and only 1?

There have long been problems between Facebook and King when it comes to sending lives. It's strange that you get one. Most of them don't get any life. We hope it will be fixed soon.
