@sharonlee Hi and welcome, Check your device and game are up to date and if you are playing via an internet browser clear the cache entirely, log out and restart your device and see if this solves your issue with the daily treat calender
As for you reward, can you tell us what feature this was so we can advise you better, but the community can not deal with missing reward issues
