How many moves should I have on level 8686?

I have noticed that I sometimes have 10 moves less on recent levels as compared to the youtube movies I've seen. Currently I am at level 8686 and I get 30 moves. I reinstalled the game to no avail.
I decided to grab another laptop and installed the game on that laptop. And guess what? On that laptop I get 40 moves!
Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on? Below are the screenshots of the starting position from both laptops.
