No free boosters

Up to last month or so, I was able to get help clear levels.. Now, I never get the option for extra moves (unless I have enough gold bars to buy them) or the option for free boosters.. It’s like the higher up you get the less help. I know it’s still available my husband gets the offers all the time. Really thinking about leaving the game.. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but I lost any boosters and Lives in my envelope that i had.. any help how to sort this?

@kaz37 The free spin feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems

To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
