Hello Community,
I have a problem with the password of my other account, every time I try to reset the password I don't get the email. The reset e-mail does not end up in the spam folder either, it does not even arrive. I hope you can help me, but I am at the end of my knowledge here.

@Fraklin Hi and welcome, If you are not receiving the password reset email are you sure it is going to the correct email address. If you have no knowledge of the email for the password reset to go to you will need to contact customer support and see if they can rest the password or email address but you may need to create a new account and manually get you levels restored to this
