Didn't receive full prize for the Yeti challenge

I just spoke to a support team member and was told I'd be sent my rewards for coming in 1st this week but then was told the reward is one candy bomb, I lollipop hammer and I free switch, but I win this challenge almost every week and know for a fact that I get 6 hrs of both candy bombs, wrapped/striped candy, 1 UFO and I believe 1 candy fish, 1 coconut wheel and either a free switch or lollipop. This is really frustrating. I'm not sure what event she thought I was talking about but I was referring to the Yeti one where you collect candy bombs and only 1st place e receives the reward. Please help because that's unacceptable considering how much I had to play to win.

@KatherinaAnne Hi and welcome, The event you are talking about is Dexters space race, unfortunately the community can not help with missing reward issues so you can only contact customer support regarding any missing rewards.

I can understand your frustration with this but personally think its good you did get some reward as this would have been a goodwill gesture as really only purchase issues are replaced. You can try to contact them again and wish you luck if you do but may be you have to accept this and hope next week you do not get the same issue
