Why are my games not doing right?

I have noticed the last 2 days none of my King Games not doing right. They are either slow or freezing like. It does not help reloading the games because they still are the same before I reloaded them. This one I noticed today is on Bubble Witch2 game. On the Help Nero collect bubbles. I have received my first reward but it is not doing right. It went from 1% to 2% then went back to 0%. Like I just said I received my first reward, but I DO NOT KNOW WHERE ITS AT NOW.... :( :( I just left Playing Bubble Witch2 game. I clear my cookies and everything. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!! :) I don"t know if I will just QUIT PLAYING THE GAMES SINCE THIS IS GOING ON. I have not decided yet. If anybody can help I would appreciate it. Thanks.

@Jeanean_Ashe Hi and welcome, i will tag @johamilton as she knows more about Bubblewitch2 than me and she may be able to help you with this.
You are in the candy crush saga area but not to wory as it will get moved to the Bubblewitch 3 area
