Hi, I’m using an iPhone XS. I’m unsure what you mean which platform. It’s just on this screen the whole time. Pls see attached.
@naenaevxx Hi and welcome, Check your device and game are both up to date and clear the cache from safari (important) restart your device and try logging back in and see if this solves your issue

ive done all the above. Updated my iPhone earlier today and the game is also up to date. No new version available. I’m not sure why this happened.
@naenaevxx Hi Again, If you have done all the troubleshooting tips your only option would be to wait for the next game update and see if this resolvers your issue or Uninstalling, but in doing this you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
