Two issues / cant get my friends on my leaderboard from FB and two separate accounts

Hello!

i am trying to help my Aunt. She has least the ability to see her friends from FB on her leaderboard. Also, she seems to have signed in the her phone without FB and is at a different level and not connected to FB. (FB level 5030, other way at level 5398)

i read about syncing thru a computer, but we don’t access to one (everyone seems to now be on apple platforms).

Can someone help please?

@UncleShel Hi and welcome, There are a ferw people that have experienced there friends go missing form there game

Please check both device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this solves there issue. Also check post below regarding facebook permissions as this is another reason you freinds list can go missing

Both devices are on really high levels and if not synced that would be an awful lot of levels done twice, once on each device. so are you sure they are not already synced. You can only sync king account with one facebook account. . We say it needs to be done on a PC as some mobile browsers do not show correctly, but if you have apple devices try using Safari browser as it may show correctly.
