Exclusive tourney not quite fair

Hot take: this new exclusive tournament thing happening past the end of the map is only proving who has the most excessive funds to pay their way to winning each level. Can someone explain to me how first place has 442 stars and second has 115? And even a number like 115 is a tad suspicious for how high it is. But there is no way to get 442 stars in like three or four days unless the user in question constantly just pays to keep playing and use boosters.

I think a really cool tourney would be to take away the option to buy any boosters or extra moves, or even use them. Now that's a challenge, and a fair one at that. Thoughts?

The same thing always happens in these tournaments, whether it's this star challenge or one of the others, like collecting green candy or whatever. Towards the end of it, some player suddenly takes the lead with an obscenely high number.

Put yourself in King's shoes- if someone is stupid enough to shell out loads of money to finish first in one of these, it's all good for them!

My suspicion is either the player at the top isn't real, or it is somebody who has many 100s of every booster. So many of the levels in the Star challenge are impossible and you would need a fair stash of boosters to get the high scores.
