I lost points and rewards

I'm i. A fantastic 5 team. I had brought over 4,000 Points and we were almost half way. Now all our points are gone. Abd when I had finshed ny chocolate box the game wouldn't let me get my reward. And last thing I'm confused about is I have a full piggy bank but, can't use all the gold I earned. I'm a newbie been working my tail off and got very few rewards. Help me pkease.

Thank you I will try that. Im from Texas retired and have been gaming for years. Back before we had TVs and game electronics lol
