@robynhogan01 Hi and welcome, Unfortunately the community can not deal with gold bar issues and you can only go through customer support. It can take 3-5 days to here back from them . how long have you waited if more than this try them again.
If these gold bars were free it may be why you are not getting a response as really if they help you with this it will be a good will gesture as normally it is purchased bars they help with

Understood that you've lost your gold bars after signing in to your Facebook account. It may be due to that you are no longer connected to the profile in which the boosters are visible: you may share your device with someone else and be on their profile, or you can possibly have more than one account, or just got accidentally disconnected from your profile.
If you're sharing device with another person, please make sure that the person has fully logged out from the Facebook app in that device. Once this is done, please log in to your Facebook profile on the app before you log back in to your game.
