Hello,
I got the final points to finish the third stage of Fantastic Five. However, I cannot claim the reward. I have logged in and out, restarted, and I know I have the latest version. It just keeps resetting and every time I add points, it shows the final reward is available, but I cannot get it to go to my inventory. It should allow me to claim the reward and then start a new Fantastic Five, but it just keeps me with the old team that has already finished.

Sometimes there is a graphics glitch with the feature mostly happens if someone leaves a team. You need to total your Fantastic 5 team scores to see if they add up to 7000. If not you have the graphics glitch and your scores will be counted in the background and if your team reaches the 7000 target in the allotted time you should receive your rewards.

@anon07 Hi and welcome, There is a graph glitch sometimes that shows you have reached the target but when you add the team scores they do not add up to 7000. When this happens the scores are still being counted in the background and when your team reaches the score your team will be awarded the prizes if it is in the allotted time
If you can post a screenshot of your F5 i will be able to confirm if this is the case you are experiencing
