Hi, I hope you can help me. The last time you helped me you were quick and great, so thank you.

I am not seeing my friends when I play so I cannot give them lives or get any lives. Can you please please help as I dont like playing with strangers.

@YvonneStemp Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue as it may be a connection issue. Also if you have a linked king and facebook account try changing the account log in. Also remember that you may have to scroll back to find you friends in the game if you are on a higher level

If not check Facebook settings under webs and app and make sure the game is active and notifications allowed

If this does not work there is some people that are experiencing an error with sending and receiving lives, This issue is being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present

Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!
My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!

This is happening a lot. Anyone else?
Weekly Contest
in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
Rewards
I am not receiving my rewards
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
