Lost all of my team points!! Please Help!

Hello to everyone! I'm facing a problem with my game and I've been wondering if you can help me with it! Today, after more than 3 months of playing Candy Crush, I was suddenly reassigned to another team! I never asked for a team change so it took me completely by surprise to see that I had different teammates out of the blue! More importantly, I lost all my hard earned points - had more than 6000 at that point and was close to the last gift!! Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I the only one and this is a glitch? Also, do you have any idea if I can take my points back somehow? Thank you in advance!

@arwen777 Hi and welcome, The Fantastic 5 feature is on a timer and normally it will change your team when the timer is up. So guessing this is what has happened to you. Fantastic 5 random teams will always be switched around

Thank you for your quick answer Freddy! I'm afraid I never noticed the timer! That certainly explains what happened! I guess I'll be more careful in the future!
