@tonyq61 Hi and welcome, There have been a few issues with the game loading on iphones,
Please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from safari (important) even though app. restart your device and try logging back in to see if this resolves your issue
If not you may need to wait for a game update as the only other option would to be to uninstall but as this is a mobile device. you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES. It is possible to back up to the cloud and restore your game from this and get everything back, but we cannot guarantee this. I have done this myself in the past with success. I have a pretty old iphone 6 i play on as one device and have no issues with this.
