Keys will not drop fast enough to drop cherries!!

Play the level as a tourist.
Don't try to complete the level, just observe. See if you can make things happen or they happen at a fixed intervall. Save up boosters by doing task like chocolate box. Enter with everything you need when you feel you know the level and/or is confident you have enough boosters to just smash through.

You need to get the keys in the lower board every 4 moves.
You need to count by yourself. You make the match in the upper board in first 3 moves and match in the lower board in the 4th move.
It means you cannot fully focus on upper board. You will not have time to collect keys if you only make the matching in upper board.

It works normally.
please do not move the frog a lot of times (it may let you do not have moves to collect keys), you can just focus on lower board.
After getting the keys... depends on cascades...

Hello and welcome to the community.
Level 8329 is an orders level, you have to collect sugar coats, licorice and cherries to complete the level. First use stripes to begin to clear the sugar coats in the top part of the board and at the same time the frog will be growing. Any combo including a stripe will help, especially if you can switch a stripe with a color bomb. Use the frog to clear the waffles below the cherries and keep growing it using color bombs so you can move it along clearing the waffles and licorice curls. The keys will drop into the bottom part of the board and you should collect them as soon as they appear, if you leave a key on the board no more will drop and you will run out of moves before you get all the keys. Don't bother with making moves in the top part of the board, keep making stripes and combos in the bottom half to fire into the top. The frog will be really helpful for clearing the way for the cherries.

You Can Use Three moves to Destroy the blocker And Use 4 Move For Key.
This Level is Hard but Not Impossible. Please don't loose hope till last move. I have cleared this level in last move some time ago.
I suggest use more striped candy to destroy blockers. Also Dont Forget To Use Frog. It can Help you.

In my opinion, please do not use the frog a lot of time. The frog needs 1 move to move but it can not count the key moves...
So I don't suggest using candy frog to clear the blockers.
