@Magsey Hi and welcome, We can pass this information on to the CM here but the community is here to help and advise we have no input in to how the game works etc.
This does happen and just one of those things we have to get on with at present, there is no guarentee that when the board shuffles it will allow moves and it does only shuffle twice. Not the greatest i know but always been this way as long as i can remember

Yes, it can happen. There are a few levels in every game where it is dangerous to play with the start booster or there is no way to make a move. It shouldn't be, but it happens. I used to have a level, there was shuffling after every move, more than 10 times. Unfortunately, I can't remember the level no.
