Hello and welcome, are you trying to say you lost your win streak?
This occasionally happens - However, do try this troubleshooting step and see if it helps resolve your issue. Disconnect your game/device from the internet, wait for several seconds or more, then reconnect it back to the internet. Play a level, and see if the win streaks appears. If it doesn't help, then there is a glitch and hopefully it will fix itself. The win streaks is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

I am talking about the yellow cord on the left of the game that stretches to show what level of boosters I am on which is level 5. With those boosters there is like a cup thing that pours the boosters on to the game board. I can play game after game for 2 hours and they will always be there but for some reason now they are missing. I have reset the game and they are still gone.

In fact, the Win Streak feature belongs to the Test group and the feature has a season basis, meaning that such features are not always available in the game. The feature is not available at this time, but you can get the feature to your game if the feature is returned in the future.
