I've played this game for 5 years and it's set on auto update. These last few months my game doesn't seem to be updating to show new promotions such as heart symbols for Valentine's day, the tree climber bonus, etc. The format of my game has remain the same but on my friends' versions they all have updated formats, I'm the only odd one out. My version is 1.195.1.1 and I've also tried logging out of Facebook, logging back in and then reloading the game. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app through Google play and it's still the same things missing. Help!

Hello and welcome, even if you tried all the troubleshooting steps, it might not work for a few reasons. The troubleshooting process involves app updating. If it does not work, this means that you are not one of the selected players who have the events. The events are bonus features and not guaranteed to be in your game. They are in games of randomly selected players. They may also be missing due to temporary issues. Keep playing, it will return soon.
