Beanstalk Prizes Missing

I know I have mentioned the beanstalk before but I guess it’s a personal annoyance of mine when it chooses not to work. Haha!
It’s hard enough to win anything but the last two times I have and claimed my prize, it doesn’t get loaded. So everything I got, for example candy bombs for 30 minutes, aren’t showing up to help me pass a level. It does however know that you just played and won’t let you try again for a designated amount of hours. Wish that was where the glitch was.
