I passed a level but did not move forward.

Hello and welcome to the community. In addition to scoring, to pass this level, you must clear 65 double jelly squares, collect 68 waffle layers and 8 licorice shells in 28 moves or fewer.
- 1 Star = 200,000 Points
- 2 Stars = 240,000 Points
- 3 Stars = 280,000 Points
- Sugar Stars = 560,000 Points
- Level Type: Medium
First break as many candy cane curls and licorice locks as you can in the fewest moves possible. Then make lots of special candies and combine special candies to break waffles, and licorice shells. It is essential to play from the bottom of the board when you cannot make such specials. Color bomb/color bomb and color bomb/stripe are good choices.

Thank you all for your responses but my issue is the score only, I collected all orders using special boosters to help me. If I had not have collected the orders I would have received a different message "Failed, you did not collect all the orders". It seems to be the first ever glitch I have encountered in such a great game.

According to your screenshot, I think you are probably experiencing this problem for app error and at this point I am asking you to follow the following simple troubleshooting steps.
Cheak app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game app and Log in.
